Subtle Radio presents : EQ50
Subtle Radio present the fourth installment of their new Livestream series, inviting the prestigious EQ50 down to the basement of Hackney's The Glove That Fits'.
The aim of the series is to curate intimate Livestreams with some of the best labels and collectives in the UK's underground music scene, in London and beyond.
RAM X EQ50 - XOYO Residency
Kicking off their year long birthday celebrations, this April RAM Records returns to one of London’s most iconic venues for a club series that will showcase 30 years of a label that has led the game.
Expect artist takeovers from the RAM camp and specially curated line ups. The limited capacity events will demonstrate just how important the label has been for drum & bass and electronic music in general.
Fabriclive - Keep Hush x Wavey Garms X EQ50
After a jam-packed club debut this summer, we’re inviting underground collective Keep Hush back for another huge room takeover. This time alongside pioneering female-led drum & bass collective EQ50 and one of London’s leading fashion & culture brands, Wavey Garms.
EQ50, co-run by Flight, Chickaboo, Sweetpea and our resident Mantra, are paving the way for fairer representation of women in d&b. Run by women, for women, EQ50 specialise in mentorship workshops redressing gender imbalance in the genre, and the industry more broadly. By no means their first event with us – expect an all-female room takeover pushing some of the genre’s more foremost up-and-coming talent.

Black Herstory: A DaFunk & EQ50 Thang Live Stream
In late February 2021 EQ50 (a collective working towards fairer representation in drum and bass), celebrated Jungle/ D&B DJs, producers, and vocalists of color who contribute to the US, Canada and global scene with the release of the US Black Herstory tshirt.
For one day only, all the queens who are honored in this tribute + EQ50 founding member DJ Flight will play together on a special stream. This event will be one for the books and truly a moment in Black Herstory.
Join us SATURDAY MAY 22nd, from 12 PM - 1 AM EST for a day of celebration and vibrations that all of us love and respect.
